表情捞 隐私政策
- 截图不会上传。识别表情、切图、识字都在你的 iPhone 上完成。
- 没有账号，不收集姓名、手机号、邮箱、位置、通讯录，不做跟踪，没有广告，不含任何第三方统计或广告 SDK。
- 为了把截图里的表情换成高清原图，App 会把从切片上算出的数字特征和识别出的文字发给我们的匹配服务。服务器用完即弃，不保存。
- 「AI 增强」默认关闭。只有你明确同意后，App 才会把表情切片（缩小后的图片）和搜索文字经我们的服务器交给第三方 AI（智谱 AI 或 Google Gemini），详见第 3 节。
- 「帮着改进匹配」可以随时关闭。开着时，会回传「对 / 换错了」，并保存没换上原图的那几张的数字特征和识别文字，用来统计真实匹配率（详见 2.3）。
1. 在你设备上处理、不会离开设备的
- 截图和从截图上切下来的图片。检测表情位置、切图、计算视觉特征、识别表情上的文字（OCR），全部在设备上完成。
- 相册。只在你授权后读取你选中的截图，或你刚截的那一张；你点「存」时把表情写入相册。我们不会浏览或上传你的相册。
- 你的包、收藏、口味偏好、设置。保存在 App 本地（以及与分享扩展共用的 App Group 容器），不上传。删除 App 即全部清除。
- 分享扩展。你从别的 App 分享一张截图给表情捞时，这张图只在设备内交给主 App。
2. 发送到我们匹配服务的
匹配服务地址是 match.hanselzhang.com，由开发者本人运营。以下数据只用于提供对应的功能。
2.1 匹配高清原图
设备上的离线索引认不出某张表情时，App 会发送：

这些内容只用于这一次匹配，服务器不保存（「帮着改进匹配」开启时的例外见 2.3）。截图本身不会发送；切好的图片只在你打开「AI 增强」后才会发送（见第 3 节）。
2.2 下载表情原图
显示或保存表情时，App 按表情库编号向匹配服务请求对应的图片。
2.3「帮着改进匹配」（可关闭）
开启时，App 会告诉匹配服务两件事。关闭方法：首页底部的隐私说明 →「帮着改进匹配」。关闭后两件事一次都不会发送。
一、换得对不对。你点「换成原图」表示这张对，长按「换回截图里那张」表示换错了。App 会把这两个动作之一连同服务器下发的随机编号回传。服务器据此保存一条记录，包括：
- 命中的表情库编号；
- 这次匹配的相似度统计值（从候选之间的比较算出，不含你的视觉特征、识别文字或任何图片）；
- 动作（对 / 换错了）、索引版本、日期（只精确到天）。
如果匹配后 30 分钟内没有回传，服务器会丢弃这次的临时数据。
二、真实匹配率（1.0 (4) 起）。每识别完一张截图，App 会报告：几张自动换上了原图、几张给出了候选但没替换、几张没找到、几次请求失败。对没有换上原图的切片（每次最多 16 张），还会附上它的 768 个视觉特征数字、表情上识别出的文字（最多 40 字）和宽高；给出了候选的，再附上候选的表情库编号和相似度差值。服务器会保存这些内容，用来统计真实的匹配率、判断表情库缺什么，并在表情库扩充后重新计算「以前没找到的，现在能找到多少」。
以上两类记录都不含截图、切好的图片、设备标识或 IP 地址，时间只精确到天，不与你的身份关联，只用于改进匹配。
2.4 网络层
和任何联网服务一样，你的 IP 地址会经过网络服务商和我们的服务器。服务器会在内存里短暂保留最近约 200 条请求的时间、IP 地址和请求类型，用于防滥用限流和排查连接故障。它不写入存储，服务重启即清空，也不对外提供。
3. 「按意思找」与「AI 增强」
3.1 按意思找
在「搜表情」里点「按意思找」时，你在搜索框里打的那句话会被换成几种表情上常见的说法，再回到设备上搜索。只发送这一句话，只在你点击的那一下发送。
- 没打开「AI 增强」时：只在支持 Apple 私有云计算（Private Cloud Compute，iOS 27 及支持 Apple 智能的设备）的设备上可用，这句话交给 Apple，不经过我们的服务器。按 Apple 对私有云计算的公开说明，数据只用于完成这一次请求，不会被保存，Apple 也无法访问。
- 打开了「AI 增强」时：这句话经我们的服务器交给第三方 AI 处理，见 3.2。
3.2 AI 增强（可选，默认关闭）
「AI 增强」默认关闭。你第一次点「AI 配文造梗」、或在不支持 Apple 私有云计算的设备上点「按意思找」时，App 会先弹出说明请你选择；你也可以随时在首页底部「隐私与申诉」里打开或关闭。在你同意之前，以下内容一个字节都不会发送。
打开后会发送：

这些内容由我们的服务器转交给第三方 AI 服务商：智谱 AI（北京智谱华章科技股份有限公司，GLM 模型）或 Google（Gemini API），使用哪一家由服务器配置决定。我们的服务器只转发、不保存；第三方按其 API 服务条款处理，可能会保存一段时间或用于改进其服务。整张截图不会发送，也不带任何能识别你设备或身份的信息。关闭后一次都不会再发送。

我们不出售数据，不与广告商或数据经纪商共享数据。
5. 我们不做的事
- 不要求注册或登录；
- 不收集姓名、手机号、邮箱、精确或大致位置、通讯录、设备广告标识符；
- 不跨 App 或网站跟踪你，不用于定向广告；
- 不包含第三方统计、广告或崩溃收集 SDK。
6. 你的选择
- 随时在「首页底部的隐私说明」里关闭「帮着改进匹配」和「AI 增强」；
- 可以不授权相册访问，改为从别的 App 分享截图给表情捞；
- 删除 App 会清除所有本地数据；
- 我们保存的少量匹配记录不与身份关联，所以无法按人查找。如有任何问题，欢迎来信。
7. 未成年人
表情捞不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集任何人的个人信息。
8. 表情素材、举报与权利申诉
表情库里的素材来自公开平台上流通的表情包。
举报不当内容
在 App 里长按任意一张库内表情 →「举报这张」，选择原因后会打开你的邮件 App，由你确认后发出。邮件内容只有：表情编号、举报原因、你写的补充说明和 App 版本号，不含截图或设备信息。被举报的表情会立即从这台设备的搜索和推荐中隐藏；这份隐藏记录只保存在你的设备上。
权利申诉
如果你是权利人，认为某张素材侵犯了你的权利，请发邮件至 hansel.zzh@icloud.com（App 内「隐私与申诉」页有直接写信的按钮），附上素材截图或表情编号、权属证明和联系方式。我们会在 4 小时内初审，核实后 24 小时内下架。
9. 政策变更
如果数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页和顶部的生效日期；涉及新增数据类型时，会在 App 内提示。
English summary
Biaoqinglao (表情捞) turns stickers in your chat screenshots into high-resolution originals. Developer: Hansel Zhang, hansel.zzh@icloud.com. Effective September 17, 2026.
- Screenshots never leave your device. Detection, cropping, feature extraction and text recognition run on-device. Your packs, favorites and settings stay on the device.
- No account, no tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not collect names, phone numbers, emails, location, contacts or advertising identifiers.
- To find the original sticker, the app sends our matching service (
match.hanselzhang.com) a 768-number visual feature vector, any recognized text, the crop's width and height, a random request ID and up to 8 library candidate IDs. These are used only for that match and are not stored. - “Help improve matching” (can be turned off): when you accept or revert a replacement, the app sends a random token plus “accept” or “revert”. The server stores the matched library ID, similarity statistics (no feature vectors, text or images), the action and the date (day only). Unused pending data is discarded after 30 minutes.
- Also under “Help improve matching” (from version 1.0 (4)): after each screenshot, the app reports how many stickers were replaced, offered as candidates, not found, or failed. For up to 16 crops that were not replaced, it includes the 768-number feature vector, recognized text (up to 40 characters) and size. The server stores these to measure real-world match rates and see what the library is missing. No screenshots, crop images, device identifiers or IP addresses; dates are kept to the day.
- The server keeps the time, IP address and request type of the last ~200 requests in memory only, for rate limiting and troubleshooting. They are never written to storage.
- “Search by meaning” sends only the text you typed, only when you tap it. Without “AI enhancement” it goes to Apple Private Cloud Compute (supported devices only) and does not pass through our servers.
- “AI enhancement” is off by default. Only after you explicitly agree, the app sends downscaled sticker crops (JPEG, up to 360 px), their recognized text, library candidate IDs, and your “search by meaning” text through our server to a third-party AI provider — Zhipu AI (GLM) or Google (Gemini API), depending on server configuration — for caption generation, search expansion, and resolving uncertain matches. Our server forwards but does not store them; the provider processes them under its API terms and may retain them or use them to improve its services. No full screenshots or device identifiers are sent. You can turn it off at any time in the app.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (network), Oracle Cloud (server hosting), Cloudflare R2 (sticker library storage), Apple (Private Cloud Compute, distribution). We do not sell or share data with advertisers.
- Reporting: long-press any library sticker → “举报这张” (Report). The app opens your own mail app with the sticker ID, the reason, your optional note and the app version; you send it yourself. The reported sticker is hidden from search and recommendations on your device immediately; that hidden list stays on the device.
- Rights holders can request removal of a sticker at the email above (there is a direct button under “隐私与申诉” in the app); we review within 4 hours and remove verified items within 24 hours.
